What is the best time for outdoor photos?
I’d like to suggest two times: Early in the morning, before 10am and about an hour before sunset. At both of these times, sunlight is soft and even. That always helps make portraits look their best. This doesn’t mean I cannot schedule any other times for outdoor portraits. If the sun is in full effect, I’ll make sure to find some shade. I know how to use natural or artificial light. I am always prepared to deliver the best quality possible.
Do you offer any digital products?
Of course I do! This is the social media era. There is absolutely no better way to share your special moments with your family and friends. After all, sharing keeps us close. Nevertheless, I also believe it is important to have tangible prints that can be seen and enjoyed every day. Each photography session I offer includes a different quantity of high-resolution digital images along with fine art prints.
How do I schedule my photography session?
You can reach out via email, phone call, or text. You can also use my contact page. We’ll set up a time and date along with some other options based on your schedule and my availability. In addition, we’ll take some time to discuss outdoor location or studio set-ups.
What is a fine art print?
This is a high quality artwork made to withstand warping and fading. My fine art prints are all mounted on backing material and coated with a luster protective layer. They will not bend or fade. These are meant to be heirloom pieces that resist the test of time and can be enjoyed by generations to come.
What should my family and I wear?
Wear what’s comfortable and fits well. I usually recommend dark colors without patterns, but bright and happy looks best on children. I welcome any color. I also suggest you coordinate your family colors rather than everyone matching. This helps with the consistency of the photos.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
I always try my best to deliver as soon as possible. My standard turnaround is five weeks. This is due to printing processing and photo editing. Please let me know if you’ll need them sooner.
What is your cancellation policy?
I know life happens and humans get sick. If this is the case, please let me know as soon as possible. I will send you a text the night before to confirm your date, time, and location. For all other cases, a minimum of 48hrs is needed.
